Dr. Loy, Tanzanian, Palliative Care and Public Health physician has been working extensively in Tanzania in HIV care, treatment and palliative care for over seven years. He is involved and interested in HIV and palliative care research, primarily focusing of showing evidence that palliative care have additional contribution when integrated in the standard HIV services. He is also a trainer in HIV, Palliative Care, Management and Leadership in Health Care Services
